Band Merch.
I designed a full line of band merch for Kaleo, using the theme "Insurrection" as the foundation for the tour’s branding. Since the band is from Iceland, where protests are rare, I drew inspiration from one of their few instances of activism protests against farmed salmon and the diseases they can spread. I reimagined this concept in a playful yet bold way, illustrating salmon staging a protest, not against something, but in support of the concert. Every element, from the illustrations to the typography, was handmade using ink and a bamboo brush to create a raw, authentic feel that aligns with the band's rugged, blues-rock aesthetic.

This Salmon and all other 6 black and white images were hand drawn with India ink.

An idea was to use these for the tour T-shirt, I decided to go another way.

Meaning "Save Yourself" in Icelandic. The band is originally from Iceland and this is a title to a song on their first album A/B. It's a pun because the salmon will be saying this because they need help.

An idea to add the Hollywood Bowl silhouette to show more in depth where Kaleo is playing.
